Pastor P André Wilson

The ministry of Phillip André Wilson can be described with three R’s: Real, Relevant, and Relational. As Founder and Pastor of The Connect Church of Baltimore, God has given him a mandate to engage the hearts and minds of those he has been assigned to so that they can become empowered disciples. The church is founded on Ephesians 4:16: He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. Pastor Wilson is married to his partner in life and ministry, the beautiful Lady Lucretia A. Wilson, and is the proud father of two children, Gabrielle Andrea and Phillip André Jr.

Resourceful, supportive, and consistent are just a few words that describe Lady Lucretia A. Wilson. She is the wife of Pastor P. André Wilson and the proud mother of Gabrielle Andrea and Phillip André Jr. She serves as the Administrative Pastor of The Connect Church of Baltimore, overseeing all administrative and operational processes of running the organization. Her education and 20-plus years of experience working as a Senior Administrator for a major non-profit corporation equips her with the ability, knowledge, and skill set to operate in her position. She works faithfully and diligently to ensure that TCC functions and flows with a spirit of excellence and integrity.
